We cannot ship to PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.

All orders over $300 require a signature at time of delivery.

We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments or gift shipments left outside with customer's authorization.

If you chose to pay by credit card, your invoice will be processed one day after you order; this is done automatically through the shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you chose to pay by check or by money order, we will notify you of the total product and shipping cost by return email. Your order will be shipped when we receive your check or money order and you will be notified of the shipment.

our cancellation policy:
You may cancel your order anytime within 12 hours of placing your order on-line, by fax, e-mail or phone.

our return policy:
If you have difficulty with a defective or damaged product, please contact us by fax, phone or by email before you ship the product back. We offer a full refund or credit for defective or damaged products. We accept the return of a product within 7 days.

Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be in saleable condition.

Returns of any special ordered items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

back orders and out of stock products:
We do back order products if requested by a customer. We will contact the customer for a confirmation of the order before processing.
We strive to keep all items offered on our site in sufficient quantities. However, stock outages may occur. If a product is not available, the customer will be contacted by email within two business days. We will state the expected receipt of new or fresh stock and will ask the customer to provide direction. We can either send the order without the Out of Stock item or hold the order until it can be completely filled.

Chocolate & cheese in summer: We advise overnight shipping for these products in summer time to prevent heat-damage to the product.
