Shipping & Delivery
General information
We ship with UPS ground service, please allow 5 to 12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Per your request we can ship with UPS Overnight or Second Day Select services; this will be at extra cost.
We recommend overnight shipping for frozen products,
as well as for cheeses and chocolates in summer time.
If you are not satisfied with the products, or if the products are damaged, then you can ship them back in
the original package within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund your money.
Per package, we charge shipping cost conform the UPS shipping scales, available at www.ups.com. In general, the shipping costs for your package will be calculated based
on weight and location.
We ship within two working days unless communicated otherwise; if products are out of stock we will mention
this on the web site, and/or we will contact you with a status update.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
All orders over $300 require a signature at time of delivery.
We cannot resume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments left outside
with the customer's authorization.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and international
Please note that our processing times for orders to these areas will be longer then for domestic orders
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped with USPS. The shipping price might be different than the price calculated in your shopping cart and processing times will be longer. We won't be able to provide a tracking number.
International orders, including Canada, will be shipped with USPS and will take longer processing times. Shipping costs will be higher than calculated by the shopping cart. Costs depend on weight and country. We cannot assume liability for international orders. Tracking numbers cannot be provided.
